Terms for exploring the Roomly private preview.
An inspiration tool
When the image service is configured, Roomly edits your uploaded photo with Alibaba Cloud Qwen Image Edit. We request the same room geometry and camera angle, but AI may change structural details or invent furniture. Homepage comparisons remain illustrative sample photographs of different interiors.
Your photographs
Choose photographs that you own or have permission to use. Avoid including sensitive personal information or people who have not agreed to appear.
Design decisions
Use the preview for inspiration. Verify measurements, materials, product availability, and installation requirements independently before making changes to your home. This preview does not offer architectural or construction advice.
Image packs and refunds
Image packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Each successful generation uses one credit from the selected pack; failed generations do not use credits. Purchases made under this policy are generally non-refundable, including unused credits. Roomly does not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds or a general 24-hour refund window. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including rights for faulty or misdescribed products, or refunds approved by the payment provider under its applicable buyer terms and refund policy. Earlier purchases retain the refund conditions offered when purchased, including the previous 24-hour full-refund offer for completely unused purchases where applicable. An approved full refund disables all remaining credits from that purchase; other purchases are unaffected. For Waffo payment issues, use the support information in your Waffo receipt. Earlier Paddle purchases remain subject to the terms applicable to those purchases. Test checkouts do not charge real money.
