ROOMLY / ACCEPTABLE-USE
Create with care.
AI Acceptable Use Policy — applies to Roomly uploads, generation requests and use of generated results. Updated 22 September 2026.
Room design only
Roomly is for visualising interior styling ideas from room photographs you are entitled to use. It is not a general-purpose people, face-swap or deepfake generator. Generated results are AI-created concepts, not evidence of a real renovation or a guarantee of structural accuracy.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not upload, request, create or distribute through Roomly: sexual or pornographic content (NSFW); any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualisation or exploitation of minors; graphic violence, gore, threats or encouragement of harm; hateful or discriminatory abuse; terrorist or other unlawful content; deceptive impersonation, face swaps or deepfakes; scams, fraudulent claims or fabricated evidence; material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights; or personal information shared without permission. Do not bypass provider safeguards, abuse accounts or credits, or interfere with the service.
Underlying AI models
Roomly uses Alibaba Cloud Model Studio in Singapore. Qwen3-VL-Plus (qwen3-vl-plus) analyses room photos and visible features. Wan 2.7 Image Pro (wan2.7-image-pro) edits the photo according to the selected style. Recognition and editing can be inaccurate. Check every result before sharing it or using it to make real-world design decisions.
Safeguards and their limits
Roomly checks whether an upload depicts an interior and constrains editing to the room-styling workflow. These checks are not a comprehensive safety review. Model-provider restrictions may also cause a request to be rejected. Roomly does not claim that every image is manually reviewed or that automated checks detect all prohibited content. Do not treat a successful generation as approval of the content or its use.
Report a concern
Send reports to roomlyfit@gmail.com with the subject “Roomly content report”. Include a request ID or relevant link, the reason for concern and enough non-sensitive context to locate the issue. For copyright, trademark or privacy complaints, explain your relationship to the affected rights or person. Do not send unlawful imagery as an attachment. There is no public community gallery in Roomly; you can report an issue with your own result or a Roomly-related use you have encountered.
Review, enforcement and appeals
Reports are reviewed manually using the information available. We may ask for more context and, where appropriate, remove access to a result, limit features or suspend or terminate access under the Terms of Service. Serious or repeated violations may lead to stronger restrictions. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the outcome to the affected user. You can request a review by emailing roomlyfit@gmail.com with the subject “Roomly appeal”, the reference and why you believe the decision is incorrect. There is no guarantee of a particular outcome, and no automated appeals or round-the-clock review service.
